My Verrall rating is based primarily on the procedure experience. I didn’t feel I needed much counselling, so didn’t engage much in that process/service. However, the actual procedure was much better than anticipated. Dr. [name removed] was friendly, respectful and made sure I was comfortable with everything happening. Thank you!!
